MSN Health & Fitness - Can Too Many Diets Hurt Your Health?

This article was interesting. I'd heard in classes that some people were overweight, but healthy. I think it's possible. I doubt it's me, but it's possible. It's also good to see what I'd figured was the case, that it can be damaging to diet too much. I've never really been able to diet. I can make my lifestyle healthier, but I can't diet any more than just stopping eating before I'm full to see if I'll get full... and I think that's just stopping overeating. I think improving your health is more important than just losing weight. I've been at it for a while, and my weight has largely levelled off, but I feel healthier as time goes on. I still need to work at it more, of course, but it really does work a lot better, I think... even if the scale doesn't ever show results, anymore. I think people worry too much about dieting. There are ways you can look better and feel better that don't involve the massive shedding of pounds. If you live healthier, you'll lose weight naturally to a point, and feel better just from physically being in better shape. I still have a long way to go... but I think it's a good plan, anyhow.
